Another idea for yet another form of series, this time with posters with meanings. I'm not even sure if 'meanings' is the right meaning, but basically a series of posters that have a theme behind it, so, in the case of the Batman one below, the 'meaning' is simple: Batman (the Hero) created the Joker (the villain), so without one would not be the other, or to that degree.
The Star Wars one is more about Anakin not believing in the light side of the force enough to resist the power that the Dark Side promised.
For each piece, the silhouette of both young Bruce and Anakin is meant to be somewhat of a realisation, that each was brought into their foreshadowed future before they could really grasp on the now.
Or it's just to emphasise they were both kids at some point. Who cares!
This is a piece I did last year, and was really well received over on Pen Up, so big thank you to everyone who commented, shared, re-posted, favourited etc, it means a lot!

A more Arkham Knight version of the Joker, I did this originally as a tattoo for myself, which, I'm yet to have done. But not 'cause I'm scared! Just poor :(

Whilst probably not the most 'menacing' looking Joker, I think Frank Millers Dark Knight Returns variant is one of the most iconic, and seemingly twisted versions of the caped crusaders most endearing foe. I went with the more smouldering look the Joker carries in TDKR comic, but chose to go with the traditional purple suit, as a posed to the crisp white suit and purple shirt he bears in the comic.
I decided to make Batman broody, because that hasn't been done yet.
